How we do things...

Business Meeting

01

Discovery

During the discovery phase, you can expect us to ask lots of questions. Including, what makes your business so special, what are the short, medium and long term business goals and what are the pain points amongst the team.

02

Design

During the design phase we focus on the over aching HR and people strategy, set goals and key performance indicators (KPI's).

03

Implement

The key to designing and implementing people processes and systems is to engage the team early in the design solution.  So they feel part of the process, can see the value and embrace the change.

04

Evaluation

Evaluation runs through the programmes and projects. We measure what worked and where it came in against your targets, to re-apply and adjust.

“We had an initial scoping meeting, to discuss the redeisgn of the workforce, where Kate quickly gained full understanding of the business needs, goals and aspirations. Kate presented a well thought out proposal that challenged our thinking and bought new concepts and initiatives.  Kate quickly became our HR specialist of choice, with her flexible approach, clarity of information and delivery to the set plan."

Measuring the return on your investment

HR is notoriously difficult to measure return on investment (ROI), because it is difficult to attribute growth in business directly with people practices.  We recommend agreeing on what HR means to you and then decide on the tracking metrics together.
